How long does delivery take?
Ground shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Need it faster? Expedited options are available — request a custom quote when you book.
What can I ship?
Suitcases, ski bags, snowboard bags, golf bags, boot bags, oversize luggage, and standard boxes. We don't ship hazardous materials, perishables, alcohol, or valuables like passports, cash, or jewelry.
What if there's a delay?
We monitor every shipment and work directly with the carrier if something changes. You'll be updated, and our Shipment Care Promise has you covered if anything goes wrong along the way.
Where do I leave my bags?
At the Front Desk or with the Bell Team at checkout. Mention TripHero and they'll handle the rest — labels, pickup, the whole thing.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Optional shipping insurance is available in $500 increments when you book. Without insurance, default coverage applies — full details shown at checkout.
Do I need to print anything?
